As part of our commitment to engineering innovation and high-growth markets, Aether Airtek Engg is planning to expand its EPCCV capabilities into the specialized lithium-ion battery manufacturing sector. The global transition toward electric vehicles (EVs) and grid-scale energy storage systems (ESS) requires precise environmental controls.

Because lithium is highly hygroscopic, exposure to moisture causes severe chemical degradation, compromises cell lifespan, and poses critical fire risks. Our future roadmap focuses on delivering the high-precision Ultra-Low Dew Point Dry Rooms and customized ventilation containment systems essential for battery cell manufacturing lines.

Core Technical Solutions Roadmap

Our entry into this specialized domain will focus on four critical environmental competencies required by giga factories and cell assembly plants:

1. Ultra-Low Dew Point Control (≤ -40°C to -60°C): Engineering advanced industrial environmental control systems. We will deploy multi-stage chemical desiccant rotor dehumidification systems to maintain room conditions below 1% Relative Humidity (RH).

2. High-Volume Air Exchange & Pressurization: Designing air handling architectures capable of higher Air Changes per Hour (ACH). This maintains positive room pressure to block ambient humidity infiltration while optimizing fresh air introduction for worker safety.

3. Contamination & Particulate Control: Integrating cleanroom HEPA/ULPA filtration. This configuration protects critical processes like slurry coating, winding, and electrolyte filling from micro-particles that cause internal short circuits.
